Lillian Juanita Tisher, 94, of Seligman, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2012, in her home.
She was born Aug. 7, 1917, in Seligman, the daughter of Anderson Riley and Lula (Cline) Still. On July 31, 1934, she was united in marriage to Clarence Tisher, who preceded her in death in 1965. Also preceding her in death were her parents, four brothers, two sisters, two grandsons and one great-great-grandchild. Survivors include: four daughters, Wanda Hach-meister, of Seligman, Shirley Thomas and her husband, Lyndol, of Washburn, Lola Anderson and her husband, Carl, of Seligman, and Diane Bittle and her husband, Richard, of Reeds Spring; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and two great-great-great-grand-children. She grew up at Seligman and received her education at Sunnyside School. She was a homemaker and a life-long resident of Seligman. Funeral services were held Tuesday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Chaplain Jack Betts conducted the services. Burial was at Bayless Cemetery, Garfield, Ark. |
