Text | Mrs. Nadine Thompson, 42, Washburn route 1, died at 5:10 a.m. last Tuesday at her home after an illness of one year. Mrs. Thompson was born July 13, 1932 in Washburn and had been a lifetime resident of the community. She was a member of the Mission Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Bob; three sons; two daughters; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cull Creason, Washburn; three brothers, Dale Creason, Lancaster, Calif., George Creason, Rogers, Ark., and C. L. Creason, Kansas City, Mo.; two sisters, Mrs. Colleen England, Monett, and Mrs. June Joplin, Springfield, Mo., and three grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Mission Baptist Church, west of Washburn, with the Rev. Hugh Higgs officiating. Burial was in Creason Cemetery west of Exeter, under the direction of Williamson Funeral Home, Cassville. Research Note: April 22, 1975 handwritten at top of obit. |
