| Text | It is with deep regret that the Democrat announces the death of Lemon Thomas at his home near Jenkins, Sunday, Jan 14, pneumonia, age 68 years. The remains were
interred in the Leann Cemetery, Tuesday. He was a son of the later Doctor
Thomas, and a brother of George, Hiram and John Thomas. Lemon Thomas was a good man and citizen and was held in the highest esteem by all of his acquaintances. He will be missed by the people of that section, because of his many sterling qualities. He was a bachelor. His relatives have our sympathy. |
