| Text | ABSTRACT Loie Joan Teel, 71, of Rogersville, formerly of Pierce City, died at 11:37 p.m. March 16 at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield. Mrs. Teel was born January 21, 1929, in Lincolnville, Kansas, the daughter of Louis and Hazel Fisher Garrison. She was a homemaker, a member of the Congregational Church, and Queen Esther Chapter 202 Order of the Eastern Star in Aurora. She married Rolland Teel on August 22, 1950, in Springfield. Survivors include one son, two daughters, one sister, and two grandchildren. Services were 10 a.m. today, March 20, at Lakin Chapel in Pierce City with Rev. Jim White officiating. Burial was in Pierce City Cemetery under the direction of Lakin Funeral Home of Pierce City. Memorials may be made to the Cancer Fund. |
