| Text | SANDY K. STRINGER Tuesday, November 20, 2012 Cassville Democrat Sandy K. Stringer, 55, of Cassville, passed away Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, in Mercy Hospital, Springfield. She was born July 12, 1957, in Missouri, the daughter of James and Irene (Igo) Schaeffer. On Jan. 19, 1974, she was united in marriage to Stan Stringer, who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were: her parents, James Schaeffer and Irene Schaeffer Nelson; one sister, Dee Dee Schaeffer; and one brother, Pat Schaeffer. Survivors include: one daughter, Jodi Coones and her husband, Justin, of Cassville; one son, Shawn Stringer and his wife, Nikki, of Cassville; one sister, Gail Beeksma, of Wisconsin; one brother, Dan Schaeffer, of Plattsburg; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She received her education in Cassville, where she graduated from high school. For several years, she was a waitress for various restaurants in the area and had also worked for Tyson Foods at Monett and Silver Dollar City at Branson. No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. |
