| Text | Florence Stinnett Florence Marie Stinnett, 80, of Shell Knob, died at 7:45 p.m. January 10 at Berryville Health Care Center in Berryville, Arkansas, following a long illness. Mrs. Stinnett was born July 23, 1919, in Crosbyton, Texas, the daughter of William Meredith and Bernice Foy Burke. She was a homemaker and moved to Shell Knob in 1975 from Independence. She married Churchill Stinnett on February 13, 1946, in Wilmington, California, and he preceded her in death November 4, 1981. Survivors include two sisters, of Hemet, California, and of Midland, Texas. She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. Memorial services and burial will be held at a later date under the direction of Williamson Funeral Home of Shell Knob. Memorials may be made to the Shell Knob Fire Department. |
