According to reports, Stephenson, who had been living in Mt. Pleasant , Texas for the past four or five years, was working in a steel mill at nearby Dangerfield. He visited here last week with his parents and had taken his wife, the former Miss Pat Callison of Cassville and their two small sons, to visit her mother in Columbia, Missouri, He had returned to Texas alone and resumed work this morning he was killed. The body was returned to the Culver Funeral Home here Wednesday and funeral services will be held at the Exeter Baptist Church this (Thursday) afternoon with the Rev. Harry Moore and the Rev. Hugh Higgs officiating. Burial will be in the Maplewood Cemetery at Exeter. Other survivors include two brothers and one sister.
