Faye's stone reads 1906 - 1939

Daughter of James Eli Galyen and Sena Katherine Rose.

Family historians tell that Jake, her husband, on a drunken row, beat Faye up and that she was about 6 or 7 months pregnant. She had twin babies, and one was stillborn - named Billie Joe.

Faye died and Jake went to prison.

Liza Brannan, Jake's mother, made a human incubator for the other twin and carried him inside her clothes and next to her body, and he lived.

The story was that he was so small that he could sit in a coffee cup.

Jake is buried at King Cemetery, Seligman.
