| Text | Dead: Manford Sooter of near Butterfield died Saturday night after several weeks illness from complication of diseases, age about 25 years. He was the son of Asbury Sooter, and had lived in the vicinity of Butterfield all his life. He was a member of the Methodist Church and enjoyed the confidence of his many friends. He is survived by a wife, other immediate relative and a large circle of friends. The funereal services were conducted by Rev. J. W. Ennes Sunday afternoon at the Mt. Pleasant Church and interment made in the Mt Pleasant Cemetery. Research Note: This is Sanford Vanburen Sooter. He has the same date of death as Sanford Sooter. Donna Cooper |
