| Text | Ruby Mae Snow, 69, Neosho, died at her home Sun. Dec. 7, 2008, following a lengthy illness. She was born May 12, 1939, in Exeter, MO, to William A. and Ruby I. (Pendergraft) Ruark. Ruby was a homemaker and lived most of her life in Newton and Barry Counties. She was a member of the Arbor Day Society. She is survived by her husband, Don Snow; 5 children, Dale Tilford, Neosho, Donna Perse, Seneca, Rhonda Cole, state of AR, Linda Rodriguez, Iguala, Mex, and Ray Dean Tilford, Neosho; 3 step children, Donnie Snow and Tammy Wadkins, Seneca, and Todd Snow, Portland, OR; two sisters, Laura Scott, Washburn, MO and Mary Ellen Scott, Pierce City, MO; 9 grandchildren, 7 step grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
