| Text | Abstract - Exeter, Mo. -- Mary Ruby Smithson, 93, Exeter, died at 5:20 pm Wednesday at Cox Medical Center-South, Springfield, after an illness. Mrs. Smithson was born July 10, 1899, at Lowry City. She was a longtime Exeter resident. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church, Exeter. She married Bert Houston Smithson on July 10. 1918, at Jay, Ok. He preceded her in death. Survivors include two daughters; two grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 11am Saturday at Maplewood Cemetery, Exeter. The Rev. John Duncan will officiate. Friends may call after 2pm today at Fohn funeral home in Cassville. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 pm today at the funeral home. |
