| Headline | Clinton Smith Funeral To Be Today At Purdy |
| Text | Purdy, Mo., Jan. 29 - Funeral services for Clinton Smith, 68 years old, at his home here, where he lived alone, will be conducted at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon in the Methodist church of Purdy in the Methodist church of Purdy by the Rev. Sherman Erickson of Monett. Burial will be in Purdy Cemetery, under direction of the Blankenship funeral home of Monett. According to a report by the county sheriff and prosecuting attorney, who investigated, Smith had been dead several days when his body was discovered. It was believed that he died of heart attack. |
