Obit For Alice P. (Jeffries) Smith

Text Mrs. Alice P. Smith, longtime resident of Berryville, died Monday in a Bentonville rest home. She was born June 30, 1868 in Lawrence County, Mo., the daughter of James and Sarah Jeffries. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Nora Garrison of Purdy, Mo.; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral is scheduled at 1 p.m. Friday in the Nelson Chapel in Berryville. Burial is to be in Clark Cemetery at Purdy, Mo., under direction of Nelson's Funeral Home of Berryville.
