Abstract
Funeral Services for Amos Schell, 70 years old, of Mountain Community in Southeastern Missouri in McDonald County were held in the Roller Methodist Church at 2:00 p.m., May 8th. The Rev. LaFollette officiated and burial in Roller Cemetery under the direction of Downey-Woodard-Mooney Funeral Home of Anderson, Missouri. Mr. Schell was a life long resident of McDonald County, died at his home at 9:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 5, 1965. He was a member of the Methodist Church and had been in failing health for 2 ½ years. Surviving are his widow of the home, one daughter; three sons; two sisters; two brothers; 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Research Note: Amos died May 5, 1965 and was buried on May 8th. |
