Text | Richard Satterlee, a resident of Seligman for the past twelve year stepped out into his yard last Friday morning and fell dead. He suffered an attack of heart failure. He was born in Grundy County, Ill., April 5, 1864. He was united in marriage to Ellen Gebhart at Oakland, Calif., Aug. 7, 1926. He is survived by wife, two brothers, John Satterlee of Portland, Ore., Arthur Satterlee of Gaston, Ore., one sister, Laura Hoberstine of Gaston, Ore., and many friends, to mourn his death. Funeral services were held at the home in Seligman on Friday afternoon, Dec. 29., 1933, by Rev. Chas. Vanzandt. Burial was in the New Salem cemetery, under the direction of the Blankenship Funeral Service.
