| Text | Jack Satterfield, 88, of Cassville, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2007, in Cassville. He was born May 5, 1919, in Pleasant Hill, the son of J.D. and Bertha Gertrude (Mullinix) Satterfield. He served in the United States Navy and Marines during World War II. He was retired from Union Carbide Gas Company. He was a Thirty Second Degree Mason and a Shriner in Kansas City. He was a member of the Golden Baptist Church. On July 6, 1952, he was united in marriage to Mary Lou Eubanks. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister. Visitation was held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel in Berryville, Ark. Cremation followed. |
