Sack, 95, of Shell Knob, died at 5:10 p.m. April 20 at the Barry County Care Center in Cassville following a long illness. Mrs. Sack was born December 15, 1903, in Forreston, Illinois, the daughter of John and Maggie Weegens Buss. She moved to Shell Knob in 1993, was a homemaker, and a member of the House of Hope Presbyterian Church in Elgin, Illinois. She was married to Reuben Sack, and he preceded her in death February 27, 1979. Survivors include one son, Kenneth Sack of Shell Knob; one grandchild, three step-grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and one step-great grandchild. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, April 26, at Williamson Chapel in Cassville with Corky Johnson, minister, officiating. Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery in Forreston, Illinois, under the direction of Williamson Funeral Home of Cassville. Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church in Shell Knob. |
