Headline | Retired Railroad Man Dies At Jenkins, MO |
Text | Cassville, Mo., Feb. 13 - Melbourne Lincoln Rounds, 73 years old, a retired railroad man, died at 10:30 o'clock this morning at his home in Jenkins, Mo. Mr. Rounds was born July 25, 1880, at Winfield, Kan., where he lived until he moved to Jenkins in 1936. He was a member of the Monett Presbyterian church and Masonic lodge No. 129 of Monett. Surviving are one brother, Herman V. Rounds of Augusta, Kan., and a sister, Miss Eunice Rounds of Cherryville, Kan., and two nephews. Services will be conducted at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon in the chapel of the Koon-Muhleman funeral home. The Rev. John Slagel will officiate. Burial will be in the I. O.O.F. cemetery in Monett. The Masonic ritual will be conducted at the graveside. |
