Text | Washburn, Mo. - Funeral services for Mrs. Lula M. Rose, 72 years
old, who died Wednesday night at her home, will be conducted at 1 o'clock
Saturday afternoon in the Washburn Baptist church. the Rev. Charley
Vanzandt will officiate. Graveside services will be conducted at 4 o'clock Saturday afternoon in Burkhart cemetery near Racine. Born January 10, 1887, near Washburn, she had lived all of her life in this area, West Racine and Seneca. She was a member of the Washburn Baptist church. Surviving are her husband, George Rose; a daughter, Mrs. Mollie Stroer of Kansas City; two brothers, Hurstle Bowman of Joplin and John Bowman of Seneca; three sisters, Mrs. Bell Clontz of Ogden, Utah, Mrs. Alma Clontz of the state of Nevada and Mrs. Nannie Rose of Washburn;13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
