| Text | Ephraim David Rose was born in Illinois, October 29, 1858, departed this
life December 29, 1945 at the age of 87 years and 2 months.
He became a Christian at the age of 18 years. He was married to Mary Elizabeth Turner August 18, 1882. To this union three sons were born, two of whom died in infancy. They were Berte Lee and John Henry. His wife, Mary, departed this life April 26, 1936. Survivors include one son George W. Rose of Golden, one sister, Martha J. Boren, seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Golden Church, conducted by the Rev. Walter Head. Burial in Liberty Cemetery under the direction of the Culver Funeral Home. - Contributed. |
