| Headline | Funeral Friday for Young Heart Victim |
| Text | Donald Ray Rose, 19 years old, son of Mr. and Mrs. Nello Rose of Washburn, died Tuesday morning in St. Vincent's Hospital at Monett, where he had been a patient one week. His death reportedly was due to a heart ailment. He was graduated from Southwest High School in Washburn in 1959. Surviving in addition to his parents are five sisters. Funeral services will be at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon in the Culver Chapel in Cassville. Burial will be in Kings cemetery near Washburn. Research Note: From the scrapbook of Florence Patterson Rose.
