Text | George Monroe Roller II, 58, of Springfield,
died November 29 at his home following a sudden illness. Mr. Roller was born July 27, 1941, in Monett, the son of George and Lucille McPhail Roller. He had lived several years in Purdy before moving to Springfield. He was a graduate of Purdy High School, had worked at G & R Manufacturing in Purdy, and had spent the past several years in ministry work. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, one daughter and son-in-law, one sister, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; one brother, of Springfield; one niece, of Monett; four grandchildren, one great nephew, and one great niece. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, December 12, at Arnhart Baptist Church east of Purdy with Rev. John Williams officiating. Graveside services will follows at Arnhart Cemetery. |
