Text | Carlene Sue Roblyer, 58, of Overland Park, Kansas, formerly of Rocky Comfort, died at 10:50 a.m. August 5 at her home following a long illness. Miss Roblyer was born October 26, 1941, in Wayne, the daughter of Fred and Velma (Hooten) Roblyer. She was a patient service assistant for 25 years with Shawnee Mission Medical Center in Shawnee Mission, Kansas and was a member of Prosperity Baptist Church in Rocky Comfort. Survivors include four sisters, of Overland Park, Kansas; of Shawnee Mission, Kansas, of Monett, and of Purdy; two nephews, of Purdy and of Aurora; and two nieces, of Cassville and of Exeter. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. tomorrow, August 8, at Maplewood Cemetery in Exeter with Rev. Tony Martin officiating under the direction of Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home of Monett. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. today, August 7, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Shawnee Mission Hospice. |
