| Text | Mrs. S. M.
Roberts, wife of A. W. Roberts, was born in Barry County, MO, July 30, 1852,
died at Fairland, I. T., July 30, 1900, age 48 years, 2 months and 27 days. The sorrow over the death of our mother was intense and crushing force was relieved only by the calm assurance that it is the Lord and that He doeth all things well. Her departure was very sudden, but she was ready. She leaves a husband, three daughters, and five sons to mourn her loss and a host of relatives and friends. The deceased was a member of the Baptist Church, [poem included]. A. W. Roberts, Minnie Roberts. |
