Obit For Jeanette (Gandol) Robbins

Text Mrs. Jeanette Robbins died Sunday at he home of her son, John Robbins, south of town. Death was caused by bronchial trouble. She was 82 years of age, and had been a citizen of that section of the county for many years.

Funeral services were held at her son's home Monday afternoon and burial was made at the Walnut Grove Cemetery (aka New Site Cemetery.

Cornelius Robbins married Jeanette Gandol on November 15, 1854 in New York City, New York and she was born in 1832 at South Salem, Westchester Co., New York.

In 1900, Jeanette was age 68, and listed as a widow, Capps Creek Twp., Barry Co., MO.
