| Text | Allen A. Robbins, 86, of Exeter, died yesterday, March 23, at his home. Mr. Robbins was born February 25, 1920, in Cassville, the son of Roxie and Opal (May) Robbins. He moved to Exeter in 1960. He retired from EFCO Corporation in Monett after 22 years of employment. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Cassville where he was a deacon. He married Mary Margaret Bates on October 19, 1941, in Las Vegas, Nevada, and she preceded him in death March 17, 2001. Survivors include one son, three daughters, one brother, one sister, 14 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 12 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by six sisters and four brothers. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Sunday, March 26, at Maplewood Cemetery in Exeter with Rev. Russell Bishop officiating under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home of Cassville. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. tomorrow, March 25, at the funeral home. |
