| Text | Ase C. Riddle, 86, died yesterday about 4 p.m. at his home near Mt. Gaylor. A retired farmer, he had lived in the community for 32 years. He was a member of the Baptist Church. He was born June 15, 1861, in Barry County, Mo., the son of Sammy and Sally Riddle. Survivors are the wife, Mrs. Eliza Riddle, Winslow; two daughters, Mrs. Ollie May Hamilton of Coleman City, Texas, and Mrs. Grace Sides of Whiteface, Texas; and five sons, Conway Riddle of Coprel, Texas, Carlin A. Riddle of Fort Smith, Delie Riddle of Memphis, Tenn., Charley A. Riddle of Winslow, Elvin Riddle of Modesto, Calif., and Nolie J. Riddle of Jefferson, Texas. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. at the Winslow Methodist Church by the Rev. William Sherman, with burial in Brentwood cemetery. Moore's Funeral Chapel is in charge. |
