| Text | Mrs. Cleo H. Rich, 69, 1819 Taylor, Springdale, died Aug. 1 in Springdale Memorial Hospital. Born Feb. 27, 1906, in Cassville, Mo., she was the daughter of William H. (Bill) and Samantha Chappell Holman, a member of First Baptist Church in Cassville, past worthy matron of the Cassville O.E.S. and taught elementary schools in rural Missouri. She was a welfare case worker in Berry County, Mo. and a clerk with Farmer's Exchange, Exeter, Mo. Three years prior to her retirement she was active in Washington County Head Start program. Survivors include one son; one daughter; two step-sons; her mother of Cassville; three brothers; six sisters; and 10 grandchildren. Funeral services will be today at 2 p.m. in Cassville, Mo. First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Cassville, under the direction of Culver Funeral Service of Cassville. Brothers-in-law will serve as pallbearers. |
