Text | Eupha May Rhea, daughter of Hallack M. Rhea, deceased, and Mrs. Nannie Rhea, was born Jan. 10th, 1904. She died Aug. 22, 1927, at the age 23 years seven months and twelve days. She was converted at the New Hope Church, Oct. 2, 1919 and became a member of that church, May 8th 1920, in which church she has lived a consistent Christian life. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. H. M. Rhea, and four brothers. Virgil of the home, Eston of Pierce City, Sherman and James of Purdy. Also, a host of relatives and friends to mourn her death. Funeral services were conducted at the New Hope Baptist Church, Tuesday afternoon, August 23 by Chas. Vanzandt. A very large congregation of neighbors and friends assembled to pay a tribute of respect to her memory. Burial was in the Clark Cemetery, under the direction of the Blankenship Undertaking Service. |
