Text | Miss Willie Reed, 19 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles C. Reed of Drumright Okla. former near Cassville residents, died at her home in that city Tuesday, March 23, 1926, and the remains were brought to this country and interred in the True Love cemetery, after services conducted by Rev. Charles Vanzandt. Miss Reed has been ill for the past seven months, a victim of tuberculosis and a noticeable change in her condition occurred several days previous to her passing. She was an excellent young lady and had many friends here at their old home. Besides her father and step-mother, she leaves three brothers and one sister to mourn her passing. Research Note: Willie Reed 1907 - 1926 Note from Susan: Willie Reed is the daughter of Charles C. Reed and Fanny (Thompson) Reed. The Mrs. Reed mentioned in this obit is Willie's step-mother, Ottie Lent (Burchett) Reed Grandaughter of William Thompson and Mary (Truelove) Thompson. Sister of Lucille M.
