| Text | Frances E. Proctor, 104, of Boulder, Colorado, formerly of Cassville and Wheaton, died yesterday, April 20, at Boulder Manor in Boulder, Colorado. Mrs. Proctor was born March 24, 1902, in the state of Missouri. She was a licensed practical nurse and worked for home care. She moved to Boulder, Colorado, in 1998. She married James Proctor, and he preceded her in death in 1945. Survivors include one grandchild and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Vivian and Christine. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Monday, April 24, at Chitwood Cemetery in Wheaton under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home of Cassville. |
