| Text | Doris Mae Pippin, 85, of Seligman, died Friday, Dec. 2, 2005, in St. John's Regional Medical Center in Joplin. Mrs. Pippin was born Sept. 4, 1920, in Diamond, the daughter of Ernest and Lola (Williams) Morgan. On Nov. 2, 1945, in Miami, Okla., she was united in marriage to Clarence Pippin. He preceded her in death in Oct. 1977. Doris graduated from high school in Carthage. She moved to Barry County in 1945. She was a long-time waitress in this area, working at various restaurants. Survivors include; one daughter; one brother; three sisters; four grandsons; four great-grandsons; and one great-grand daughter on the way. Memorial services were held Monday, Dec. 5, 2005, in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville, Rev. Bob Scott officiated. |
