| Text | Graveside funeral services at 2 o’clock in Dent cemetery for Ben Phillips, 73 years old, who died Monday night of last week, at his home in the Washburn community. Rev. Charles Vanzandt officiated and burial was under direction of the Culver funeral home. Mr. Phillips was born in Dallas, Texas, January 13, 1887, and moved to the Washburn community with his family when one year old. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Nellie Phillips and one son, Maurice Phillips of Garfield, Ark. |
