Text | Funeral services for Mrs. Josephine Perkins, 65, who died at 10.p.m. Thursday at her home on West Adams street, were at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Wilks Brothers chapel. The Rev. Leon Erwin officiated. Burial was in the Pierce City cemetery. Born Sept. 30, 1905 in Wisconsin, Mrs. Perkins had lived most of her life in the Exeter and Pierce City areas. She was married to James Perkins of Pierce City on Oct. 11, 1968. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Surviving in addition to her husband, are a son, Thomas Pearson, Exeter; three daughters; two step-daughters and a step-son, both in California; 10 grandchildren and three sisters, Mrs. Mary Lind, Mrs. B. R. Petrone and Mrs. Leo Fanchin, all of Los Angeles, Calif. Research Note: The names of survivors left in the obit are deceased. |
