Text | Mrs. A.M. Peel, a resident of Cassville many years ago, died Saturday, Nov. 28, at the Peel home in Carthage. The funeral was held in Carthage Monday afternoon, Nov. 29th, and the body brought to the I.O.O.F. cemetery in Monett for burial. Mr. Peel who is old and quite feeble was unable to accompany the body to Monett for the internment. The Peel family, consisting of Mr. and Mrs. Peel, one daughter, and two sons, lived in Barry county many years ago. They lived at Monett, Purdy, and in Cassville for a while. Mr. Peel practiced law at the time. The two sons were Will and Lynn; the daughter, Frances, married Al Harrison, a Frisco railroad man.
