Text | Mrs. Alta Partridge Funeral services for Mrs. Alta Mae Elliott Partridge, 85, of 1700 North 3rd St., Monroe, will be at 3 p.m. today in the chapel of Mulhearn's Funeral Home of Monroe with the Rev. G. Preston Brown officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Partridge died Friday at St. Joseph's Home following a short illness. A native of Butterfield, Mo., she had resided in Monroe since 1956 and was a retired registered nurse. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Monett, Mo., chapter and the First Presbyterian Church. Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Fred Meyer of Monroe, Mrs. Anna Barnett of Augusta, Ga. and Mrs. Mary E. Stacy of Birmingham, Ala; two brothers, Foster Elliott of Dunsmuir, Calif. and Ross Elliott of Seligman, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be O. C. Roddey, Bert Root, Charles Reagan, Pete Crandall, Dr. Roy Ledbetter and George Hemphill. |
