| Text | James Edward "Jim" O'Neill, 71, of Exeter, passed away Sunday, March 2, 2014, in his home.
He was born May 21, 1942, in California, the son of Barney and Lilly (Davis) O'Neill, who preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death were one daughter, Teresa O'Neill and one sister, Patsy O'Neill-Higgs. Survivors include: one daughter, Jennifer Mitchell and her husband, Patrick, of Springfield; one brother Tom O'Neill and his wife, Anna, of Exeter; and one grandson. He received his education at Southwest in Washburn. He was a self-employed cattle farmer his entire life. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Pastor Doyle Russell will conduct the services. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Cassville. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Contributions may be made to the FFA Program for the school of your choice in his memory. |
