| Text | Amy Ann (Talburt) Norman, age 96, of Washburn, died yesterday, February 6, at Mt. Vernon Place Care Center. Mrs. Norman was born August 28, 1910, in Gann Ridge, Arkansas, the daughter of John Thomas and Mahala Ann Schell Talburt. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Washburn. She married Clyde Howard Norman on July 21, 1932, in Seligman, and he preceded her in death September 14, 1981. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by six brothers, Thomas, James, Ervin, Elmer, Peter, and Frank; and three sisters, Josie, Tina, and Euna. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday, February 9, at Washburn Prairie Cemetery with Ken West, minister, officiating under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home of Cassville. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. tomorrow, February 8, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Fair Haven Children's Home. |
