Text | Sharon Kay Moloski McNatt, 52, of Paola, KS, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2005, at her home. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, December 19, at the Wilson & Son Funeral Home, Paola, KS; burial will be in Union Cemetery Western, Shawnee, KS. Friends may call 2-4 p.m., Sunday, at the Wilson & Son Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Animal Haven and/or Humane Society and/or Midland Hospice, care of Wilson & Son Funeral Home, 305 North Pearl Street, Paola, KS, 66071, (913) 294-2372. Sharon was born June 5, 1953, in Kansas City, MO, to James and Adelma Moloski. At the age of 11, the family moved to Freeman, MO, to live on a large farm. Sharon attended Cass Midway and graduated in 1971. She was united in marriage to Mr. McNatt in September 1974. They moved to a "hobby farm" in rural Paola. Sharon was retired from Southwestern Bell as a manager after 29 years of service. After retirement, she went into business with her husband, Bill, to operate McNatt Auction Service in Fontana, KS. For the past three years she also helped Wendt Auction Service of Parker, KS. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America, Louisburg Methodist Church, and the Kansas Auctioneers Auxiliary. Sharon will be sadly missed by her donkeys, dogs, and of course her beloved cats. She is preceded in death by her father, James Moloski; and brother, Robert Moloski. Survivors include her husband, of the home; two sons; and stepson; one grandson; mother, Adelma Moloski of Freeman, MO; one brother, James Moloski and his wife, of Garden City, MO; and a host of brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and faithful friends, all of whom will miss her greatly. |
