| Text | Bernice O. McAllister, 78, of Washburn, died January 19. Mrs. McAllister was born August 24, 1927, in Washburn, the daughter of Rice and Edith Morgan Banks. She was a graduate of Washburn High School, a homemaker, and a member of the Church of Christ and Red Brangus Association. She married Daniel Hauck. She married Ralph McAllister on June 12, 1974, and he preceded her in death February 7, 2005. Survivors include two daughters, four step-sons and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Neoma Hilery and Ozella Daniels. Graveside services were 1 p.m. today, January 23, at Hickman Cemetery in Washburn with Doyle Russell, pastor, officiating under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home of Cassville. |
