| Text | William Orville "Billy Jack" Munday, 42, of Purdy, passed away Friday, Oct. 18, 2013, in Cox South Medical Center, Springfield.
He was born June 28, 1971, in Stella, the son of Luther "Sam" Munday and Nancy Painter. Survivors include: two sons, Jeffery Munday, of Cassville, and Garrett Munday, of Cassville; his father, Sam Munday and his wife, Jayne, of Purdy; his mother, Nancy Painter, of Fair Grove; and one sister, Rachel Gammill, of Fair Grove. Preceding him in death were his grandparents and a sister, Angela Munday. He received his education in Springdale, Ark., where he graduated with the Class of 1989. He was a stitcher for Justin Boot, where he had been employed 23 years. Graveside services were held today (Wednesday) at Mano Cemetery, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. |
