| Text | Morris T. Moudy, 72, of
Cassville, died August 21 at Monett Health Care Center. Mr. Moudy was born December 13, 1928, in Barry County, the son of Earl and Florence (Perkins) Moudy. He moved to Purdy from Oklahoma as a child and later moved to Cassville. He was a carpenter and a member of New Life Temple in Cassville. He married Elida Killman on June 10, 1948, and she preceded him in death February 9, 1995. He married Lenora Brandon Langston on December 26, 1998. Survivors include three sons, three daughters, three step-sons, one brother, three sisters, 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Barbara Moudy; one brother, Bud Moudy; and two grandchildren. Services will be 1 p.m. tomorrow, August 24, at Fohn Chapel in Cassville with Rev. Loy Bowen officiating. Burial will be in Log Church Memorial Gardens in Butterfield under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home of Cassville. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today, August 23, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the cemetery. |
