| Text | Funeral services for Mrs. Fred H. Meyer, 71, of 1700 North 3rd St., Monroe, were to be at 2 P.M. today in the chapel of Mulhearn's Funeral Home of Monroe with the Rev. G. Preston Brown officiating. Burial was to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Meyer died at her residence Saturday morning of an apparent heart attack. She was a native of Butterfield, MO, and had resided in Monroe for the past 28 years. She held membership in the First Presbyterian Church of Monroe. Survivors include two sisters. Mrs. Anna Barnett of Maitland, Fla., and Mrs. Mary E. Stacy of Birmingham, Ala.; two brothers, Foster Elliott of Dunsmuir, Calif., and Ross Elliott of Seligman, Mo., and several nieces and nephews.
