Headline | MRS. LANGSTON DIES AT HER HOME NEAR CASSVILLE |
Text | Mrs. Loretta Langston died at her home on the Fred Anderson farm, on highway 44, between Cassville and Exeter, last Thursday night. Mrs. Lankford retired for the night, feeling fine and when she failed to appear the following morning an investigation showed that she was dead, the end came as she slept. She was 73 years old and leaves her husband and two children. The Lankford’s have lived in this section for the past three years and were splendid people. She had been enjoying unusual good health. Funeral services were held by Rev. Ed Brown at the Antioch church, Friday afternoon, after which the remains were laid to rest in the cemetery at Antioch under direction of the Hankins Funeral Service. The Democrat extends sympathy to the bereaved family.
