Text | Lillian Ellen (Patterson) LaBeau was born in Drakesville, Davis Co., Iowa, Oct. 26, 1882. Passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Amos Horner, near Cassville, MO. She came to MO in 1910. She was united in marriage to David E. Anderson in 1906. To this union, two children were born. Francis Herbert Anderson of Cassville and Mrs. Laura Ellen Horner also of Cassville. Her second marriage was to Sam LaBeau in 1924. She professed faith in Christ in 1906 and united with the Baptist Church near Mammoth Springs, AR. At the time of her death she was a member of the Monett Baptist Church. She is survived by her two children, two brothers, and one sister, Charles Patterson of Monett and George Patterson of Eagle Rock with whom she had been making her home, and Mrs. Flor Fouth of Drakesville, IA and four grandchildren and many other relatives. Funeral services were held at the Horine-Culver Funeral Home in Cassville on Monday afternoon, Jan. 23, 1939 by Charles Vanzandt. Burial in the Odd Fellows Cemetery at Monett with the Horine-Culver Funeral Service in charge. |
