| Text | Margaret Mary "Marge" Kuendel, 85, of Cassville, died at 2:10 a.m. April 11 at the Barry County Care Center in Cassville following a long illness. Mrs. Kuendel was born October 5, 1913, in Davenport, Iowa. She was a homemaker and moved to Cassville in 1975. She was a member of the Holy Cross Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Golden Harvest Club, both in Cassville. She was married to James D. Behan, and he preceded her in death in 1964. She married Harold E. Kuendel on October 9, 1965, in Rock Island, Illinois, and he survives. Additional survivors include one son, James Behan of Davenport, Iowa; one step-daughter, Judith Polikov of North Olmsted, Ohio; one sister, Irene Mueller of Davenport, Iowa; one grandchild, four step- grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and three step-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters. Services were 2 p.m. today, April 14, at Williamson Chapel in Cassville under the direction of Williamson Funeral Home of Cassville. Memorials may be made to the church. |
