| Text | Miss Dollie Kennedy who was an inmate of Nevada Asylum passed away February 9th. She has been at that place several times before, but the last time was there only about 2 weeks. She was 40 years, 10 months, and 5 days old. She was a devoted Christian when in her right mind. She was loved by all who knew her. Funeral service was conducted by Rev. N. M. Whittington at Bethel church after which interment was made in Bethel Cemetery. #2. Kings Prairie News: Dollie Kennedy died in Nevada Wednesday and was buried at Bethel Saturday. Republican, Jan. 26, 1911 - County Court Proceedings: Upon petition of W. M. Kennedy, court inquired into sanity of Dolly Kennedy. Court after due investigation adjudged Dolly Kennedy to be insane and ordered sent to asylum for insane at Nevada. |
