Obit For Nancy Elizabeth (Moore) (Irvin) James

Text Mrs. Nancy James, wife of Doctor James, living 5 miles south of town, died Aug. 23rd of paralysis age about 73 years. She was a member of the Baptist Church, and the remains were laid to rest in the Washburn Prairie, cemetery, Aug. 24, at 12 pm. She was a good woman and enjoyed the respect and esteem of all her acquaintance.
Research Note: She was first married Martin Irvin. Second married Alexander McGhee James, married on Jan. 21, 1890 in Barry Co., MO. Her mother, Sarah E. Moore, age 88, was living with them in the 1900 census.
