Text | Mrs. Bessie Hudson, 62, of Kansas City, died at 6 o'clock Tuesday morning in the Aurora community hospital where she had been a patient eight days. She was visiting a sister, Mrs. Marjorie Cassity in Butterfield, when she became ill. Mrs. Hudson was born in Shell Knob August 1, 1905, and lived in this area a number of years. She made her home in Kansas City the last year. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Washburn, Mo. Survivors include her husband, Earl Hudson of the home in Kansas City; a daughter, Mrs. Peggy Ann Henson of Kansas City; a sister, Mrs. Marjorie Cassity of Butterfield, and one granddaughter. Services will be at 2:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon in Culver's Chapel in Cassville, with the Rev. C.A. Brown officiating. Burial will be in the Mineral Springs cemetery near Cassville. |
