Text | Death Resulted Instantly to William Howard Who lived in Hailey Community Falling from a Ford coupe on which he was riding on the road near the W.W. Hailey farm, north east of Cassville about nine miles, William Howard, a farmer living in that community, was instantly killed, Thursday afternoon, July 21. In the fall his head is said to have struck a rock and crushed his skull. Howard was a man with a large family. He had lived in the Hailey community only a short time and had been doing farm work for Will Potter. Funeral services were held Saturday and interment made in a nearby cemetery.
